Jeff brings over 25 years of executive leadership, mergers and acquisitions and entrepreneurship experience to MidStreet.

A graduate of the U.S. Naval Nuclear Power Program, Jeff spent over 10 years working for Exelon, a Fortune 150 company and the nation’s largest nuclear utility.  He rapidly progressed through the Exelon system to become Manager of Nuclear Safety at two of Exelon’s nuclear plants, where he was responsible for Strategic Planning and assisted in corporate reengineering, performance management and leadership development.

Upon leaving Exelon, Jeff entered the mergers and acquisitions field, becoming owner and operator of a franchise business brokerage in northeastern North Carolina.  Over the last fifteen years, Jeff has personally participated in over 300 business transactions across the Southeast and recently attended Kennesaw State University where he was awarded the designation of Certified M&A Professional.

Jeff excels at providing long term exit planning and business development services to clients in a wide range of industries.

After practicing law in New Jersey for over twenty years, Larry relocated his family to North Carolina in 2006.

While operating his law practice, Larry maintained a significant case load and was responsible for office operations and several employees.  In addition to his private law practice, Larry served as the Head Municipal Public Defender in Edison New Jersey for fourteen years.

During his career as an attorney, Larry earned the respect of peers and clients alike by effectively navigating many challenging legal situations.   Larry’s experience has given him a unique perspective and proven to be a valuable asset to the MidStreet office and the clients he serves.

Through his successful completion of a comprehensive training program, overall demonstration of a high level of competency in the business brokerage profession and experience in the business sale transaction process, Larry has earned the Certified Main Street Business Broker (CMSBB) professional designation.

Having been an entrepreneur for the last 23 years, Chad knows what it’s like to buy and sell businesses.  For 23 years Chad owned and operated a multi-unit Jackson Hewitt Tax Service franchise which, at its height, had 38 locations in 3 states with over 125 employees.  During the same time period Chad, along with 3 partners, built four Arby’s restaurants. After owning them for over six years, they were sold to another Arby’s franchisee.

Over the last 7 years, Chad has owned a waterfront restaurant at Lake Gaston in North Carolina called “The Pointe at Lake Gaston”.  Building off the name “The Pointe”, Chad opened a residential real estate office called Pointe Realty Group where he is licensed in NC and VA.  There are now offices in at Lake Gaston and Raleigh, NC.

Chad is familiar with how businesses operate, the financials that go with them, and the intracacies of running one.  Chad is passionate about helping small and medium size business owners achieve their goals, including the eventual sale of their business.  Chad has successfully completed a comprehensive business brokerage training program and earned the Certified Main Street Business Broker (CMSBB) professional designation.
