Scott: On Tops Roofing learned a lot of lessons back in 2007, 2008 in the economy downturn back then or makes was more than 50% new construction. The last 9 to 10 years we put more emphasis on re-roofing and now 70% plus of the roof and we do is re-roofing. The great thing with that, as saying goes people are going to put food on the table keep a roof over their head.
I feel like one of the greatest assets of our company is our staff. All the way from the sales guys out in the field, the project managers, our office staff, and most importantly the guys that are installing the roofs. Many of our installers have been with us 10, 15 years. They are very professional, they know what they're doing, and they do everything the right way.
